Our shipping department is open and actively shipping orders Monday through Friday, 7:30am‐1:30pm.
We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.
Most orders ship via FedEx Ground to physical address destinations within the United States, with delivery in 1‐5 business days, depending on your location and whether or not the item is in stock. Other orders ship via USPS Priority Mail if the customer did not provide a physical address on the order, or if requested by the customer. Please note that by providing a PO Box, you are choosing to ship with USPS and as a result, we are unable to ship expedited. Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed.
If your item is in stock, we will attempt to ship the order the same day, M‐F, as long as your order was placed before 1pm CST.
Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO, FPO
We generally use Priority Mail Insured but this may vary depending upon the destination and order details.
Canadian orders are generally shipped via UPS Standard Service, and charges depend on the size and weight of the package. Once the package(s) reach Canada, we no longer accept responsibility for lost or stolen shipments. Shipping costs to locations outside of the U.S. are estimated on our website; we will notify you prior to shipping if the cost is greater.
All Other International Orders
It is always best for international shipments to ship via FedEx. We will not take responsibility for lost or stolen international shipments. Note: credit cards are not accepted for oversees customers. Payment is accepted via wire transfer only, including sufficient funds to cover any banking fees.
Expedited Delivery Within the US
If you require expedited delivery that is not included in the online options, please contact Sales.
Upon receiving your order, we will process it and obtain an access code from the publisher. Once we receive the code, we will email it to you. This process can take roughly 24 hours, M‐F. If you order on the weekend or a major holiday, please allow for additional processing time.
